Sugar or no sugar?

When it comes to things such as warm drinks like coffee and tea, some people prefer to add taste to their drink using sugar whilst others prefer to not have any kind of sugar in their drink and will drink it without.

I drink a lot of tea and I couldn't drink it without at least a little sugar in my tea.

Do you add sugar to your tea or coffee or even any other warm drink that you can add sugar to?

No sugar please. I'm currently looking for ways to reduce my sugar in take because of chances of having high blood sugar levels which can be a serious health issue.

I need sugar in my tea. I don't need sugar for my black coffee, however, when I am adding milk and cream on my coffee, I need sugar. I mostly drink black coffee and avoid soda or bottled juice, which means I do not consume a lot of sugar
