1. Learn the syntax

The syntax is how you write Python code. It's how you tell Python what to do and how to do it. The syntax of a programming language is like grammar in that it's a specific, strict set of rules for writing Python code and making it do what you want it to do.

2. Learn about modules and functionalities

The next thing that needs to be taken care of is modules and functionalities. For this purpose, one should go through the documentation provided by the developers of Python. It will give a clear picture of all the aspects that a Python programmer needs to know.

3. Practice in iPython notebook to build applications

Start with building simple static websites using templates in Jinja2 and Bootstrap, then move up to dynamic websites that interact with APIs or databases using technologies like Django and Flask.

The Python language is for develop something you may need a long process to calculate it means for example you have redundant calculations to make with long excel documents then you may develop a Python program for such kind of situations, however Python as you said can be applied with a React JS application with Django, for Flask it is intended for mobile develloppment like Flask with Dart language offered by Google.

I think the first thing is to enrol into a course where python it's been taught thoroughly and extensively. The next thing is to engage in consistent practices in order to how to make use of Python to develop softwares and some other users.

The portfolio can be build at advanced devellopment stage but some people prefer to start the portfolio from scratch when learning python development or any other language to put all his products from beginning of learning language to advanced stage.

Python programming language is used for a wide range of problem-solving including web development and data science. The first thing you should do is to actually have interest and then you should look for the best resources that can help you in achieving this.

I think it would be better to include some of the best projects into your portfolio. Majority of the clients want to see the advanced project you have handle with python. The more advanced project you have in your portfolio the higher your chance with the potential client.
