the reason why people establish company is to make profit and also to render services to consumers that we need it ,for example if you open a production company you we need people to work for you,you can need labors then you can request for companies that we give it to you.

Actually it's not bad but it depends on your location.

There are some places that don't requires the used of manual labour but rather better dor them to used the modern machines.
