There are many, many Youtubers who have created their own blog and a Youtube channel and they are earning a lot. However, I would rather prefer a different niche because you may not earn that much money. You have to spend a good amount of money travelling, so it might not be that much profitable.

Do you think it will be a great idea to earn money through a travelling blog or through a Youtube channel that is on the subject of travelling? I personally do not think that a person could be earning that much. This is because a person also needs to spend money on travelling expenses.

Starting a travel blog is still a very viable idea even with the pandemic still around. You should settle to build a very good and responsive website and starting with WordPress is not bad. You can use pretty much any plug in or theme from toast as they are very good.

I don't have much experience on blogging really, but I think a blog about travelling would do rather well by promoting it to other people that travel a lot on Instagram and possibly Twitter. I think you'd probably do quite well if you looked into creating guides for certain popular places and focus on SEO to rank high for specific terms. Having a blog post about great places to visit in Amsterdam would be an example of a good guide to build up.

Right, server up. Not a big deal of a server since only has 10GB of storage with two emails and two databases but then it's only going to be running WordPress with blogs about travelling. Not my idea but a mate of mine wanted to do it and came to me for help on running the server as cheap as it can be. I was like cool, yeah, let's do it. So the far site is being built, theme, logo and well, you name it. Will take around a good 3 to 4 weeks to get it as right and right as we can do it.
