Staff with no avatars?

What are your opinions on staff who don't add avatars and do you require that staff add them? Has this ever led to an issue or a falling out? Also, do you have a 'no image avatar' so if they don't have an avatar it will be a default one alot of people could have or do you just have an empty avatar altogether?

I think staffs should better have an avatar. It doesn't take much time or effort. So why not use one. That gives a personal touch to all the posts. Also the default avatars are never good.

I agree, it's not too much effort, nor does it take too long but it's suprising how many people don't add avatars although I haven't come across too many staff without one.

I would encourage staff members to post even a simple avatar like yours 22_22 . To me, staff members without avatars just don't look right lol.

I agree with you but what do you mean by a 'simple avatar' ?

I do not think having an avatar should be a requirement. I do not know why some people think having avatars are important.

For me, I really don't care if my staffs have avatars or not.
