Staff Members being disrespectful

We all want our staff to be respectful and be a happy bunch of wonderful staff members. Sadly this isn't always the case. We have cases when staff members are rude and they are disrespectful. What would happen if this was on your forum?

It has happened here, and soon after the person was demoted from the position! I think that's the best thing to do, otherwise this hatred will stat to reflect on the forum itself and will result in an inactive forum!

If a staff is not respecting me or other members, of course he/she will be removed. It is not acceptable when a staff causes trouble blatantly.
