How would you handle the situation if two or more members were having fights with a member of your forum but on another forum?
The drama evolving and then affecting your forum with people signing up just to tell others that one of your members did X, but that member was really good and active on your forum?

I believe each one of us has our own responsibility. I won't allow my staff to use their official mail id to log in to other forums and won't allow them to participate in another forum discussion during working hours. If they are part of another forum during their leisure hours and if they get into fights with other forums it's their own responsibility, I don't want to get involved in it.

I think that it can be hard to get involved in this case because this will be on another forum and therefore it is unlikely that you can cross that bar in order to try and help them out in a forum that you do not own.

Sadly it happens a lot in some places. I've been a member of many forums in my day, and there's always the few who take things a bit too seriously and argue among sites. I don't see it as much anymore, but it still does happen from time to time.

This is going to be an embarrassing situation for sure but I will first of all try to know exactly why my staff is going to be involved in something like this and how to prevent it in the future.

I know it happens some places and is really really embarrassing situation, and shouldn't allow such to happen in their forum you have to take the matter very serious, in order for them to know that you don't permit that.

I think such behaviour, like fighting over useless things is completely immature and negative. Everyone should focus on their own work and keep improving and encouraging each other towards betterment.

I think the best thing to do is to talk privately to such member. Firstly, let them member know how valuable he or she is to your forum and show gratitude by words. Afterwards, you tell him or her about you heard and that his or her action in other forum is affecting your forum because he or she is one of the most valuable member of your forum.

It is definitely not going to speak well of my company if my staff members are going to be caught fighting. I am going to prefer it that we are going to settle it on a private matter.

I only had this issue a few times with members, not mods or admins.

It was mostly down to members getting bullied out of another forum and coming to the one I was on, only for the bullies to follow them to the new forum. It can be a nightmare to deal with.

you would need to put rules on your platform and violators should be dealt with severely if they go against such rules that governs your forum, because lawlessness breeds confusion and chaos.

Whatever happens on other forums is not my concern. I am not responsible for what members do on other forums. I would make sure that they obey rules on my forum.

I wouldn't really care it's their problem I know it can get pretty serious and things like that but I'm not their parent also you need to put certain rules to keep the forum good without the rules there is no forum

Well I think that it can be hard to get involved in this case because this will be on another forum and therefore it is unlikely that you can cross that bar in order to try and help them out in a forum that you do not own.

In this case, this is on a separate forum, so I find it difficult to interfere. So you are unlikely to cross that line and try to help them on forums that aren't yours.

I believe that getting involved in this situation can be challenging because it will likely take place on another site, making it difficult that you can cross that threshold and attempt to assist them on a forum that you do not control.

I, for one, would attempt to determine why my workers will be embroiled in this situation in the first place and how I can avert it going forward. Nevertheless, this will undoubtedly be an awkward circumstance,

This is a difficult question. I think it might be hard to interfere in the fight by your member and another member because it's not one's forum. I think i might try to contact any of the admin or staff member of that forum so he or she could resolve the issue.

Well every forums, has rules and regulations which regulate the behaviour of it various respective members on how to handle or tackle issues within themselves and where to report any misconduct.
