Staff disputes?

Of course I'll ensure that my staff members follow laid down rules and standards so as to not bring shame or disrepute to my own platform. That way, I'm fine.

I will always try to make sure that I have listen to what everybody has to say in order to establish exactly what caused the dispute. I am then going to give them an opportunity in order to settle it within themselves.
 
I never had to deal with staff disputes on my forums but I have seen staff disputes on multiple forums and these disputes were handled by admins through private messages and private forums. Sometimes the disputes were so bad that one of the members had to leave the forum.
