I played football the most in my childhood and it was one of the injuries that prevented me from developing further in order to reach new heights. It wasn't a complicated ankle injury but because I didn't have a lot of money we treated it wrong and my muscles didn't grow properly and now I have pain when I run
 
I’ve had my fair share of sports injuries, mostly from playing soccer. Sprained ankles and a tricky knee issue. Rest, physical therapy, and using supportive taping really helped me recover. Recently, I had an elbow injury and did a tapping following the tips from this guide.
