Spicy food Good or Not

I like spicy food because I'm bought up like that since childhood but some people cannot digest spicy food and a too much spicy food is not good for health.

I don't like much of spicy food because it is not good for the body. There are times that I don't take them at all.

Yes it is true because I heard that too much spicy food is not good for the heart.
 
I like spicy food and there are times when I eat pickle with my food because I just cannot resist myself eating spicy food even if it's not good for health.

I understand dear King 👑. But moderation is very key because as the saying goes; health is wealth and one can not afford getting sick because of some particular choice of food. I like spicy food as well but eat it moderately.
 
Excess of everything or anything is bad so we need to be careful about this thing and should not over take very spicy food.
 
I don't like spicy food and many tell me that I am Less Indian because of this but I am ok with it and don't digest spicy food

Spicy Food is liked by many people in India and world but we need to understand that its not good for health and we need to be careful
 
It will depend on the spices and their quantity. Without spices, the taste of food decreases.
 
Spicy food is not good for health but in India and in many countries people like Spicy food and some don't even give this a thought that it's not good if you eat too much spicy and fried food
 
Spices are the taste, in vegetables, they increase the taste, and in non veg, they are taste. Many people eat non-veg, are they eating raw ?
Everybody eats spices.

I am a Filipino who enjoys mildly spicy foods.
When I turned 35, my tolerance for spicy foods decreased. Maybe because I am getting older.

What about red chillies, clove, pepper, salt, fenugreek, cumin, turmeric, coriander, cinnamon, Ratanjot, cardamom etc? Your wife ignore these while cooking?

Sometimes doctor recommand someone to not eat any spicy food it is health problem. So like sugar for some other people.
 
We need to stop consuming road side food because it's so spicy and they don't use good cooking oil and in home I don't use so spicy food.

Not spicy, but quality is bad, so actually we have to avoid them, they use bad quality spice which gives false taste.
 
I think that eating spicy foods is not bad to our health as long as it is in moderation, too much consumption may really lead to serious health problems later on that is why moderation in anything is the best medicine. I love spicy foods because it makes me feel to crave more for rice and really increases my appetite.
