Smart home

Do you guys have any smart home products? If so, which ones?

I currently have a Google Home, 3 Alexas, 4 Hue lights for my bedroom, and 3 for another bedroom.

I currently have the Amazon Echo Dot, got it for free from my partner's work and we also have some hue lights scattered across the house. I don't really use the Echo, but the hue lights are fantastic.

I’ve just got the 3 hue lights so far but like Hux said they’re fantastic! Being able to control them with Siri is super neat.

The only "smart" products I use are the energy savings things. :yum: LED lights only for my home. I have 13 x 280W solar panels as well. :smiley:

Dang! I wish I could pick up some panels. Was it an easy start up for you or was it a lot of work?

Well the whole system was around $10,000.
The system saves me $75-$100/month on Energy. As energy prices rise, I still generate the same amount but save more. The setup was extremely easy as I had a company come in and install everything for me. (Which is why it cost more than just outright buying the panels and doing it yourself) But, they handled all the forms and licenses needed for my city and to my energy provider.
