Silly and Extreme Domain Prices

Domains with only numbers and being a .com were sold for thousands of dollars. There doesn't seem to be anything special about the numbers. Well, the only explanation is it might conform to some Chinese thing. However, to much of the world, it just seems ludicrous.

There are a lot of domains that really make me scratch my head. You notice how they do this on new social platforms now as well? They will just do something like @abc or @123 if they are allowed. As if they are holding out for someone to buy them.

Well, to clarify what I said: I was saying they were selling domains like 3224234234.com for thousands of dollars.
