Signature on other forums good exposure?

One of the most easiest way to boost traffic to your site/forum, is by adding signatures on other forums.
Even if you stop visiting forums after sometime, your signature link remains on those threads on different forums.
Personally I always try to add signatures to almost all the forums I visited, and at times I had vistors from forums I dont even remmember being member off.

As the title suggests! are signature on other forums good exposure? Have you managed to get any traffic from signatures on other forums?

Forum signature can get you a good exposure as well as traffic. (I have seen your forum signature on a forum called chat banter. ) However, in order to benefit from forum signature, you need to be very active on the site.
