There are many people who always create a website, but those websites are specifically for a specific kind of audience belonging to some specific countries. I think the content on those websites are also specifically made for people living in those countries. This may be due to many reasons. However, do you actually think that this is a good idea? Should you create websites for some people only?

There are ways of translating your text in every country, so you really don't need to make a site for a specific country. Unless it's meant to be only for people in said country, or it's a site made for the country itself, like a travel site to promote the area kind of thing.

If you are intending to sell products and services specifically to a certain region, there is no point in having traffic from other countries. If you want traffic only from certain countries because you are catering to the people in these regions, you can even block your website in other regions. I do not see a point in receiving global traffic when you are providing services and products to certain regions.

Everything depends on the purpose of the website and what you are trying to offer to those who will use it because if whatever you are going to do on your website is related to a particular location and those who stay within that zone, there is no need for you to promote the website for people that are not within that region.

If your content is highly location-specific or caters to the interests and needs of a specific audience, targeting that group can increase the relevance and value of your website to its visitors.

It is going to cost a lot of resources to create different websites for different countries. How are you even going to manage it? I don't find it funny at all unless there are staff that are willing to help out in handling those particular forums too.

Unfortunately, it's going to be very difficult for the forum to thrive very well. This is because so many people will be cut off from the community. Also, even though it's a niche that's meant for specific audience, it still won't make those it's meant for not bump into the community. It's going to be like getting unwanted traffic.
