Should all sites include a forum? I figure adding a community to the site would add a lot, and could be a way of keeping traffic coming back. You probably won't keep everyone around, but I'm sure you could figure a way to keep some of them around with a forum and other fun stuff.

I think that a forum is a great idea because it will also allow people in the site to talk to each other and help each other to navigate the site faster as well which is very important for new members.

That's a great way to foster interaction and even allow your members or site users get more personal with you. That way, a lot of things would be easier for you because they trust you and coming back or using services you recommend or render

In reality, it's actually a good idea adding a forum, to your site, but the truth is not every one have the ability to actually run and manage the forum, that is why we hear and see so many forums close up after some months of operation.

Including a forum by all the site is a welcoming development in which the members of the website will have an avenue of interacting and exchanging valueable information.

I think that's a great idea irrespective of the type of site it is. If it's an ecommerce, members or buyers can drop comments as regards their experiences or talk on certain discussions.

I think we allow members and the site owner to interact and talk about some important things. This will allow the owner to know more about the intention of the users.

Personally, I support sites to have forum because, just as someone already stated above, it will help the users and site owner communicate easily. But I think the cost of running a forum may hinder some sites owners not to have a forum. And it is possible that the site owner doesn't see any need for a forum. It is just my thoughts. Thanks for sharing.

This seems like a good ideas but that's not the case I wonder why but definitely there would sine reasons for that but if it happens it could be a source of something for lots of people

It is not all websites that needs to have forum. A blog website does not need to have a forum. But websites that people interact or that involves selling of goods and services needs a forum for members to help themselves in what ever area they don't understand

If possible, focus on one or two but if you have the time go for three, however you must bear in mind that when you put too many rods in your fire the rods may quench the fire, so never bite more than you can chew or else in the end you Wii not make any profit.

If your site is a business site or a company website, adding forum can be valuable for your business or company. The forum will increase discussion on certain topics. It can even improve traffic to your main site.

Adding forums to sites helps make the site lively and also create an avenue for the members to interact and help themselves on some problems they might be having onnthe site too sometime

There are some websites that will do well when you include forum to them. Perhaps they are in the niches the require lots of discussion. There are some niche which does not require much discussion.

You are right, adding forum to site will really help in causing traffic to the site because people want something that will give them income, that is a good idea

This is indeed true but like you know, with every advantage, there is always a disadvantage. Though it would help in bringing more traffic, not every site owner of as the capability to manage a forum, and if the forum is not well managed, it would bring about negative reviews which would in turn affect the image of the site

It actually depends on the kind of sites. I am sure not all the website owners would like to start a forum because it is really hard to manage both the site and the forum at the same time.

It depends on the kind of website you are talking about because it will make no sense if all websites have a forum where we will go in there and be chatting it commenting like this so tell me what could be my gain at the end.

The world is evolving and people are making new discoveres everyday, so with that people need platform to share knowledge and having a forum in a site is a good plan
