Talking in the issue of having a certificate of service is very important like you said , if you are looking for a job , you must also have your service certificate because its important.

Yes if you have the opportunity to do it, it's best you just do it and be done with it. And in my country I heard for graduates looking for jobs, when applying, it has become a must to have a certificate of service as part of your CV
