I heard about SEO for the first time in 2010, I started self learning SEO in 2012. I attended SEO course in 2013. Things I learned in 2013 are still useful. The basic SEO tactics never change. The only change I have seen it in the past, you cold rank with keywords, these days you will have to use specific search terms (a question, a phrase, etc.)

That's very true. You needed high quality content in 2014, you still need high quality content in 2024 and your content will still need to be high quality in 2034 to be able to rank on search engines.

Exactly this is what matters too in today's SEO. One can rank in specific search phrase but to another do not.
