hiring a company that deals on seo should be very expensive but i have not tried them yet, for now i just use freelancers and pay them what they ask for, but in the future i would try them out.

Getting professional help from SEO companies to promote your content or business is a great idea. But as a beginner with a low budget, it's not easy to afford them. What you can do is learn SEO from online resources and then try to implement those strategies at the start of your career.

I provide SEO services and never paid for SEO services or SEO companies. I use free SEO tools. While paid tools are definitely worth using but I believe there is no necessary to use paid tools as far as SEO is concerned.
