Scheduling Your Marketing Around Your Non-net job

I find it to be a different approach depending on the type of site you are managing. If you are running a blog, there is not much that needs to be done on a daily basis. A forum will require more attention but you can have moderators functioning on the forum for when you are not available. For social platforms that are more "social media-like" (think something like Twitter, Gab, Instagram, etc) then you will need a team to be able to run that with you. For e-commerce it depends on the size and amount of traffic.

Many companies have a strict policy against using social media and blogs during work hours. Would ask you to team up with friends and to manage your site by working round the clock with congruent with your shift. Then you would be able to concentrate on your office work and can focus on your site's work after office hours. And you also won't get into any trouble.

Most social media platforms have post scheduling features, you can use that feature to make your social media posting work easy. You can also use hootsuite for sopcial media posting. The free version allows you to post on 3 sites but paid version give you unlimited option.
