Running on machine vs running in ground?

I guess you mean a treadmill? Well I think treadmills are meant for people can't run outside for different reasons so I see no big deal in using one, though I prefer running outdoors early in the morning.
The fresh air that you get when you are running at the morning is what makes it very interesting for me because you can never get that kind of fresh air running inside your house.

I prefer the real running than running in machines because I always wanna know my limits and I can't get that while running on machine.
If you actually know how to monitor your body very well it is still the same thing as you doing it outside because your system will tell you exactly when you need to rest and when you need to go on.
 
This can be distinguish by those who have worked in big company as an operator. This person would know how machine runs. If someone have an idea let us know ?

What kind of activity you prefer most.
I still prefer roadside jogging as it is a chance to read in more here. You will discover that as you are leaping forward you draw more air into your body systems and gives activate some of the Dead cells in your body. I can only make use of treadmill when there are no other means or I don't feel like going out
 
Concerning running on treadmill and running on ground. Well, I believe they both have their differences but both have or require the same kind of action. Treadmills are used indoor ti exercise by running on it for some hours and running on tracks require an individual to go outside or on tracks to perform the action
When it comes to the issue of making use of the different forms of methods and tools for training,it is actually a different stroke for different folks,personally i like doing mine outdoors.
 
Technology has always been improved and then brought to our door steps on daily basis. Using machine sometimes depends on the environment to which you leave but I will prefer running on ground because there are some advantages attached to it.
 
I understand you that its almost the same thing, but i prefer the physical exercise where I can breathe in the fresh air and see the beautiful work of nature when exercising my body,

It is obviously better in my opinion to run on the grounds since you can enjoy the weather of the day, the winds on your face, the people you might meet while running, the views of our world, trees, houses, the sea and more.
And nothing is forcing you all the time to run you are simply running as fast as you wish and there is no machine that is forcing you to run at a specific amount of speed. It is simply more natural obviously and fun.
 
Well running on a treadmill offers you convenience but running outdoors offers you more clarity and is often more relaxing spending time in fresh air. Not sure what this has to do with business! lol
 
Running on Machine and running on the ground are both good exercise startegy do the body but i prefer running on the ground to feel the nature , fresh air and the environment.
 
Machines are actually created so that our work is going to be much easier and then you are just going to be shooting yourself in the foot if you are not going to be using them in order to make your business move faster.
 
Though running on machines and also running and doing your exercise on ground are both good ways of doing an exercise , but machines at much more easier because it can be done inside the house.
 
I would prefer machine in all ramifications because this can easily get the job done within a short period of time. Most companies will choose to care less about the hygiene of these machines. That's the only disadvantage.

That is basically why you are always advice to stay in a place that has good ventilation and air circulating in a good form,it will prevent one getting stuffy while doing his routine exercise,and the individual will feel at ease.
 
I dont have the money to get myself an exercise machine and that's the main reason why i prefer running on ground , because I prefer running some miles toget fit and not running on a single spot .

Running on ground is more effective than running on machine. I prefer to run on ground because it gives me motion and anything that gives you motion would enhance your mobility and enhance your strength.

I am somebody that prefers high energy activities from time to time and that is why football is my favourite activity. If I am not playing football then I should be discussing and taking a walk.
 
I actually prefer running on machine than running on ground. Machine was created to make life so I don't see reason why I will abaddon machine and be running on ground. I know that one need to exercise. But to exercise, jogging is okay.
 
I enjoy running around in ground feeling the breeze and not the air condition ,mi want to sweat from running on ground , also take a long walk along the which is the real essence of exercise .
