Well I was going to comment on the design but I see you've changed it since I last looked (and it looks A+).... Jusr watch your forums stats. Most sections haven't been posted in since Saturday. Try yourself to add new content if others don't (something I need to speak to Haze and xpl0iter about)...

The design itself is quite appealing, although I think the banner needs some work to make it stand out and make it look a bit more unique to your niche. Like Sam said, justs try to keep the content flowing daily and users should come.
