Retrieving WPRESS Backup File

Many years ago I sold a wordpress blog to a client. Recently, I discovered that the blog has been dead for a long time. I also discovered that I still have backup of the blog in WPRESS format. WPRESS is a file format for Wordpress Migration Plugin All in One WP Migration. The file size is 700 MB, which is above the free limit of 512 MB. I do not want to spend money to buy expensive plugin to retrieve the file. Is there a way I can retrieve blog posts from WPRESS without spending money on the Plugin.
