Identifying the problem is the primary reason behind any business and it is what will set you or business apart from the existing businesses that may be within that specific field or within the area. In order for people to support your business they must know that you have seen there is a problem that will better their lives and provide them with more convenience. And this is what will get them to support you. So I think that this Falls under the research part of a business because you have to do research to identify an adequate problem.

There are many businesses that are introduced into the market on a constant basis and each one of them is in that meeting specifically need or want that has been identified within a community or region. However, in order to be able to identify and his needs and wants one needs to be able to do research within their community. This research will involve finding out from people how they are likely to be exposed to marketing for their product and in this way they can maximize their marketing strategies. Also, it is important when it comes to deciding what product is going to be sold. Through the interaction with people of the community you are able to gather a lot of information about what they need, and you can place your business model on this.

There are many that feel research is something that only happens by your online methods. However, this sort of research requires interaction which can be achieved through possible surveys that you can conduct.

Apart from surveys what other methods do you think that businesses can use to obtain information about their upcoming business plans?
If you are an introvert I don't think business is for you because online research is not just enough in the sense that the business environment and the needs of the people differs. One and one survey, ideas exchange, communication and relationship matters as well.

I don't think that being an introvert person should be limiting in cases of creating your own business venture. The reason that I'm saying this is that perhaps an introverted person may be running most of the businesses that we see from behind the scenes and there's someone else that they apartment word that is more extroverted that does to the customer interactions and customer relations and so forth. So it shouldn't actually be a limiting thing but it can be managed in order to still maintain a business.

A person can gather information from experienced business people that do the same type of business he/she wants to start.
Nowadays people also search for ideas online on how to start a business since this is a technological era and having access to the internet is easy.

Yes, research is very important before one enter in to the business.
As the foundation is very important to the house so as the research is to the business. Whenever you want to start a business you take a research on the people who has been in the business before their success and their failure, location(environment) where to stage the business is also important.

It is a good idea to get the information from businesses that already exist within that field however you have to remember that those businesses will essentially become the competition once you develop your business. So they are under no obligation to actually give you the true experience that they had and they are under no obligation to try and help you as well and fill those gaps that you have in your business plan. After all it is a competitive market and each business has to look out for them self.

Research is mostly one of the first step of a business.A business without research is going to have a problem with the demand and supply of the market.

Research is an essential part in business planning. However, apart from online research, aspiring business owners can have a conversation with people running the same kind of business, just to get an overview of how the business runs and the pros and cons of the business

You are very right research is the is firsr point of call to start a business plan. Without researching or a business and how it is run then that business does not have a good business plan. Business plans run on the foundation of research especially for a business that you are just starting for the very first time.

Starting and growing a business is difficult under the best of circumstances. Those who are brave enough to launch their own company amidst a global pandemic will face all the usual challenges — conducting research, figuring out funding, registering with the government, building a brand and more — on top of the new obstacles presented by social distancing and state-by-state restrictions.

Yes absolutely research is very essential in starting a business, you have to research on what particularly are the needs of people on the place that you are planning to put your business. In that way, you can have an assurance that your business will take a hit on the demands of the customers.

Starting a business is a dream come true the entrepreneur's own research and development is the largest source of new ideas. It is not possible for anyone to come up with an idea and in the very first instance, convert it into a business opportunity and start a small business on that basis.
majority of good business opportunities do not come suddenly due to providing solutions to people problem in the environment.

We agreed that research is the foundation but we actually have other factors to be considered too like strategic planing. We have to strategize on how we will start the business, the capital needed, the location, the manpower needed and many more .
