Remodeling sites often

I have been using Facebook since 9 years and I have not seen any major changes on the look. I do not think it is necessary to change the look.

Do you remodel your sites often? Or do you like to keep your sites the same for a long period of time? I think it's great to remodel a site often, but I don't like to do it too much. Just enough to spice my sites up. What about you?

Yes I do remodel my site, but not all of them. I only remodel a site that is of more importance to me, but for the others I just leave it the way it is.
