Related posts from other websites

I have seen lots of websites which show related posts from other websites. What do you think about this?
I personally think its not a good idea unless your website is really huge. If your website is small this will only help in increasing the bounce rate which is not something you might want.

Sending other websites your traffic? When did this become a good idea lol? Unless that other website would be doing the same for me I doubt I would do it.

Not if the plugin is apart of a network which distributes traffic. You show another website link in related posts and some other blogs in the network will show links to your content. The plugin called BlogGlue for wordpress does just that!
