Regular Training of employee

Of course it's a nice idea but I have a question. Whose gonna take care of the training bills? Is it the worker or the employer. I have had instances where an employer makes training mandatory for the staffs and deduct from their salaries when ever they go for it
With the increase daily in technological evolvement, as a business owner interval seminar and workshops, should be organized for every employee, this should be encouraged in every organization for maximum productivity

If you want highly updated your staff or employees then try to arrange the seminar trainnings toon weekly basis with the help of technology techniques because on Daily basis it would be difficult for employees and for you as well take time. And training should be professional or something new for them.
 
But keep in mind that this is only done if most of their employees are fresh graduates and inexperienced in the role that they have been signed to. For experienced hires, there would be little or no training and it would be for specific people.
 
Regular employee training makes your company prepared for any challenge and you will prevail, it keeps you one step ahead of the competition, and it keeps you informed.
When necessary, your team should go to training sessions and seminars.
