Exactly. It's quite a great initiative for trainings and seminars to be held at regular intervals. But keep in mind that this is only done if most of their employees are fresh graduates and inexperienced in the role that they have been signed to. For experienced hires, there would be little or no training and it would be for specific people.

It is eminent to always train employee as far as it is your business they would use the knowledge for. It is part if the employers responsibility to to fun any extra training thayvthe employees are going to do.it is more like a means of bonus for the employees. An added advantage for the employees.
