Personally I like transparency in any business I am being employed to work on because this transparency will give you a clue of what is being done in a business and every modern business should have transparency between business manager and employee.

Because existing customers are easier to upsell and more profitable than continuously acquiring new customers while having a high turnover, customer retention is an essential part of a service business model.
