Personally I like transparency in any business I am being employed to work on because this transparency will give you a clue of what is being done in a business and every modern business should have transparency between business manager and employee.Most times, employees stick to a particular business because of the transparency ensued by Managers notwithstanding the payout. Transparency is a virtue entrepreneurs must learn if you hope to have a sustainable development.
Having a clear descriptions on your particular business is one of main characteristics that a customer wants from the service , this is to make sure you will not waste their time on understanding what you truely can offer. By state, you can clearly do this, what you do, how you deliver your services, and what customers can expect from you. Also, customer loyalty increases based on how errors are handled. Because existing customers are easier to upsell and more profitable than continuously acquiring new customers while having a high turnover, customer retention is an essential part of a service business model.

This are actually the vaue that is lacking the most in most business esterblishment,and any organisation that makes these value as one of its core business trait,will definitely get the heart of the customers.Some of the characteristics of a good business man/woman are transparency, honesty and dignity. Being a man/woman of your word, always offering only what you can deliver, being the type of person that will under promise and over deliver, not over promise and under deliver, will endear you to many customers and your business will flourish.
