If it's a big and well known organization, then asking questions might not be necessary since you've probably done your homework already about the place. But you need to ask certain questions about organizations if their modus operandi isn't certain.

Like seriously the salary structure need to be ask and what is the nature of work that you will be peforming as him if he can allow you to leave your seat to attain to something else when its working houre.

It's good to ask about the expected renumeration of the organization. But don't be too eager about it because it might paint a bad picture of you since you're only starting.

I think that many employees ask about their salaries in the first meeting and i do not think that it actually paints a really bad picture. However, you can only ask about allowance a single time. For example, you could ask question like, "Does the company provide allowances apart from salaries?". I do not think that there is anything wrong with that if you ask this question a single time.

One thing I like to ask as well is what's the company culture and philosophy like? That for me is a big deal if I'm satisfied with their answer, I could then go onto asking what's the inclusion like over here; that is how well do they recruit people from other races.

Excessive questioning would even drive away the interviewee, too. However, I think that it is okay to ask any question. I have also noticed that many interviewers themselves ask the interviewee that if they have any questions or not.
