We are looking for a creative and dynamic Station Promotions Manager to take the reins and bring life to the Lil Rawkers KLRR-DB Radio website. This role is all about driving engagement, creating buzz, and ensuring that our station is the coolest place to be for our target audience. If you have a passion for music, a knack for digital marketing, and a flair for creating fun, engaging content, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
- Website Content Management: Update and manage content on LilRawkers.com, including news, events, contests, and promotions.
- Promotional Campaigns: Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns that drive traffic to the website and increase listener engagement.
- Event Coordination: Plan and promote online and local events, including virtual concerts, listener contests, and special broadcasts.
- Listener Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with our listeners through interactive content, surveys, newsletters, and more.
- Performance Analytics: Track and report on the performance of promotional activities, adjusting strategies to maximize impact.
- Utilize webmaster forums to attract new members and partake in post exchanges etc. to drive fresh content to the website.
