Procrastination on your phone

Who here procrastinates? But who does so mostly on their phones? I am one of those people, who will often stare at their phones forever. I need to stop it honestly as it does take up too much time I think. Who here procrastinates on their phones? What do you usually do? I find I play games too much haha. What about you?

I am always able to drop my phone and focus on what needs to be done at the farms. Procrastinating while holding my phone is a habit that I decided to stop a very long time ago. The point is that most of the time, breaking from such addiction is crucial.

Procrastination is a very common thing for human beings. I don't believe that there's anyone out there who doesn't procrastinates every now and then. It's something that I do very often especially when I believe I still have time for what I'm supposed to do.
