Some webmasters may have either a designated section for staff, admins, and donators for example. Is this something which your forum has? If so, please share with any private sub-forums you may own!

I think that having dedicated staff for a section is not a very good idea because that will make it even more expensive in order to run the forum and this will affect your profit margin.

My forum does not have any private forums. However, a lot of forums where I am a staff have this section. I think this section is must if your forum is big and if you have a lot of staff.

I have been in several forums as a staff member and that's how to know they have staff sections that are not even visible to ordinary forum members. There are some forums where those staff sections are going to visible but they can't access it because they don't have permission to view or use the section. I have been in a forum that have adult section.

Forums with staff members have staff sections for all discussions staff members need to discuss on the forum. The sub section is necessary for discussions they don't need to carry to the staff communication channel outside the forum.
