Premium community on top of a free community

What do you think about this concept?

Create a free forum community as you normally would. A community like any of free forum community.

Then create an additional community on top of your forum as the complete premium forum. It would be just like your free forum but premium, hidden, and with more features of course.

Do you think this is an ideal concept?

I really don't know. Considering we are a forum forum, something that forum people can use.
