Well outsourcing payroll to another company is a very good strategy as this other company will be paying your workers would definitely be experts in the payroll business.
 
Outsourcing payrolls will decentralize businesses giving them more exposure and more dynamics and it will boost new ventures and increase awareness it s not too bad of an idea on my opinion

Well you can say you don't want to outsource and I quite agree; there a lot of softwares that can do this for you. That way, you can get to manage and monitor it in-house.
You might still employ someone who's conversant with it to manage it though

I've actually seen some companies that do this kind of thing and to some extent I don't really fancy it that much because I feel that they don't have all the information that they need to do the calculation very well.

This is actually true because as far as I am concerned I believe that the banking sector is the best system that you can actually use to outsource your employees payment.
 
What does it specifically mean? Oh wait, I guess that's what audit accountant companies do. I have a cousin who does something like that. As of late, their company has developed some payroll software. This software, according to them, could replace a full-time accountant with ease. I am still skeptical about that, though. They have already tested it on small businesses, and the results were better than they expected. All that remains to do is sort out the legal issues.
