I wouldn't consider paying my work is how has it because I know how difficult it will be for us or me to be tabulating or accounting for daily pays or Hourly paysHmmm, paying workers in hour basic is good both parties. Because someone who wants to take hourly money mush be able to work that money. Also on the part of the employer, it will bring more productivity.
Usually the per day wage is for the factory workers whose workers are on a shift. For temporary workers I have experienced the per hour wage which is convenient for the company. If the worker can finish the job in 3 hours then that is better than paying him a day of wages.I wouldn't consider paying my work is how has it because I know how difficult it will be for us or me to be tabulating or accounting for daily pays or Hourly pays

The wage in our country can be a big issue if the company is at fault. That is the reason why most companies are hiring on a per hour basis if the work is so little that it can be done in a day or 2. The hired temp worker would try to finish the job in 10 to 12 hours instead of 2 days.Ok with the way you have explained it I think the paper our job would be a very good way for a company to actually be paying their stuff but with the way me and thinking of it and I do think that it will be very difficult interpolating some kind of payment strategy.
