Paying Staff Members

What are your thoughts of paying staff members? Do you pay forum credits, or money they can use in real life? What are they required to do to earn that amount of return?

It depends on the arrangement you have with your staff members on whether they are going to be paid or they are doing the job voluntarily and in if you agree to pay them then it is something you should do. But it is not usually advisable for new forums to have any paying plans for their staff members.

The most important thing for you to do when it comes to managing your forum or website is to make sure that you cut down cost as much as possible even when you have to pay your staff, you have to do it in a way that you're not spending so much than you are making from your platform.
