Partnership Firm Vs. Private Limited Company:

I would like to chose Partnership between these two . because it is easy and simply operated in field of business. Plus 1 big advantage is that Either registered partnership or unregistered both are valid and legal. But it is not in private limited business.

Like you said , private limited firm and business most of the time are not always registered because it belong to just one person but patnership firm usually registered their business because of future occurrences.

Both partnership and private firms are very Important depending on how you organize your business. Sometimes partnership is better because there is share of risk in the business and the burden will not be on single person unlike the private firm.

For people who just started a business and doesnt know more about business at the moment he feels like starting , then starting with a patner is the best way.

I believe that you are going to put a lot of things into consideration like the amount of money that you are willing to inject into the company and also the terms and conditions. On a general I think that going into a partnership business is going to be off and advantage to you.

The both have their individual advantage, but considering a privately owned business to a partnership would mean that you as the original business owner is capable of running the business alone and wouldn't need any added support from another.

Though involving in partnership business firm is good because you have higher percentage of success rate , simply because you work together as a team towards acheiving the same goal.
