actually it’s direct name of a restaurant in my area... They don’t have a website they just use FB lol

For you to have make that kind of money parking your domain, it means the domain comes with high keywords in search engine. According to analyst, parking is as good as dead. You just need to make the right decision and go into domain flipping squarely for you to make some reasonable amount of money at the end of the month.

That's goid but I'll suggest you sell the domain through brokerage. You can meet the restaurant and negotiate with them about the domain. You can sell it for over a thousand dollars which will give you more value than just parking it.

wow, so clever of you. when people searched for the restaurant, they landed on your parked domain, they clicked on ads, and then you earned money. By the way how many visitors do you get so that you make 26 US per month? I have also never heard of the company you are parking with. I only know Sedo.

That's true! Domain parking is still a thing in the domain industry for those who knows how to source domain names that still has traffic juice. Monetizing such domain name through bodis and other domain parking industries will earn you some passive income monthly.

Domain parking is still doable, it's only that people don't know how to go about these day. It is in the past that you will buy a domain park and wait for paycheck at the end of the month.

If you want to earn serious money from domain parking, you need to find a domain with huge traffic that is able to drop and backorder using good service.

You can find a domain name that is about to drop with huge traffic on Expireddomains.net

When I was new tobthis domain business, I tried sedo foelr parking. I did not earn a single penny even in one year. parking works only when you can get a domain name with a great search value and a name for a popular search term.

Domain parking is actually a very important aspect of a domain because you may not be able to sell off all your domain names and so you have to pack some of them so that whenever anyone is to visit the domain and click on the services there you will be paid a commission.

This must have been making you feel like you're walking on the moon now, I can tell. Congratulations on your sucessful sale. Wishing you more and more sales to come your way

If you own a domain that is not attached to any website, it is a parked domain. However, you can make money by domain parking via domain parking conpanies.
