Back in the day businesses had to hold paper copies of business receipts, employer contracts etc. They still have that, but now you can keep track of that digitally these days. Does anyone here still utilize paper for their business needs? Or have you moved to completely digital paperwork? These days I keep track of stuff through spreadsheets and files. What about you?

I mostly work online, so majority of the paperwork is done online. This means that I tend to keep a record of most of the things online. I work on freelancing websites and this is how I manage to keep a record of my work. Keeping a record of different things should be done in a proper manner.

I note down on my digital notepad as well as a paper note pad. I use a combination of paper and digital devices to keep track of my work. When I boot my computer, a sticky note will welcome me that clearly mentions what needs to be done. I also have a diary on my work desk where my work schedule is written with pen.

I think that now many businesses are moving towards innovative methods in order to store their track of work. Many businesses like shops also use applications as well. However, I would refrain from using such applications due to data security and other issues involving privacy.

All aspect of my business documentation and record keeping have been upgraded to being carried out digitally. It's a more easier and effective means of keeping records. It makes it easier to track and trace any transaction which doing it with manual record will take days.

I guess all the work I have ever done on the internet has by default been tracked digitally. I have no paper where I keep records of things like that so I guess my is digital although not very detailed.

I think to an extent both of them is necessary because of her to be in situations where all the backup that was saved on on the system got wiped and deleted so it was things that were saved on hard copy paper that we still had kept.

Both of them are necessary. In the olden days, records such as documents and other office-related papers were in a real form. People never used computers. However, by the passage of time, computers became a normal thing in many offices during the 1980s and 1990s.

I used to be all about pen and paper, jotting down notes and to-do lists on whatever scrap of paper I could find. But then I discovered the magic of digital organization, and there was no turning back. With apps and software like Google Keep or Evernote, I can keep all my notes, tasks, and ideas in one handy place. Plus, it's way easier to search and organize stuff digitally – no more digging through piles of paper!

And hey, let's not forget about the environmental aspect. Going digital means cutting down on paper usage, which is always a win for Mother Earth.

So yeah, for me, it's definitely digital all the way! But hey, to each their own, right? Whatever works best for you is what matters most.

By the way, if you're curious about checking out some cool digital note-taking options, you might wanna give notesonline a look. Just sayin'

I learned the hard way that it is not good to keep track of my work activities on physical paper.
After a notebook became irreversibly misplaced, I lost a lot of crucial data.

Accordingly, I have adopted a policy of recording my work activities digitally. In addition, I upload such records on the cloud in real time.
