Of course they'll always be in very popular people's business(celebrities.) Looking for anything to catch them doing so they can make a quick profit and/or sell it to a company so the story gets out. And their allowed to do it by law 100% so theres no way of completely getting rid of them without catching a quick headline, It must be annoying for the celebrities. I do think they should have their limits.
