Paid to upload TikTok sounds

TikTok has a thing where it kind of works off of sounds, like popular sounds. They are essentially popular sound bits from music, comedy, movies, tv, celebs, etc. If someone creates a fun sound, others can use it in their videos to make funny creations. Some people duet it and expand upon it. Is there a way to make money from uploading sound and songs to this platform?

According to recent news, Universal did not renew contract with TikTok foir using their music so Universal will take down their music from TikTok. I am not aware of any feature on Tiktok that let's us monetize our sounds.
