Other means to get heard, when complaining about service given.

If you cannot get satisfaction from the company, what other means could you use to make your voice heard?
I think there are proper channels that complains and other issues that has to do with services being rendered to customers,the customer care unit should be the forst port of call,and then one can also write to the management direct.

When you have something to complain about , the best way is to follow the proper channel to report to the authority on how unsatisfied you are concerning the product .

I believe that you can actually make use of social media to table your frustration about the company's way of handling a complaint that you brought to their table and they will definitely rush to the social media to tackle the problem because they will not like to have their image messed up online.
 
You can reach out to the BBB here in the US. IF you are ever cheated out by a company and they don't pay you, you can report them to the BBB and see if that helps. If they don't have a US site though, the BBB probably won't be able to help.

I think a good friend of mine had a bad experience with using Twak chat application where they banned his account without any good reason. When he contacted them, he was told his business was banned as a result of being linked to scam. He threatened to have them reported to BBB and they unbanned his account immediately.

Contacting the service provider directly is something that is most likely going to work especially when the service provider know that it is an error that is going to damage the reputation of their business. They will do everything to fix immediately.

I have seen many customers getting so pissed off that they create a lots of noise and they believe that by doing so, they would be heard. However, if a business owner has decided not to imporove the business, then nothing can improve such kind of business at all.

If your business relationship with your customers is poor, there's no way your business is going to hit high success levels. It's never possible to happen. Good relationship with your customers helps your business in a big way.

Maintaining healthy relationships with clients is important and this is why certain businesses also tend to offer many complimentary things as well to their customers in order to make them happy. This is also a good strategy as well. You may offer gift cards or discount coupons to your customers.

This is actually the reason why some people will always tell you that customers are always right because they are looking at keeping a good relationship with their customers even if they had to overlook some things that the customers didn't do right.

Overlooking small things is something that many business do and they do not get bothered by that. As far as complaining is concerned, there are many big businesses who tend to take complaints seriously and this is a sign of a great business in the first place.

I believe that whenever a complaint is genuine from a customer which is probably as a result of how the products they purchased turned out to be, the company involved will always take it very seriously to make sure that they don't lose the customer.

Well, there are many big companies like McDonald's, Walmart, etc that emphasise a lot on that. I once order a meal from KFC and the company called me in order to get my feedback and I think that it was a great move by the company.

It is actually a very good strategy from them because they know something might have not been good with the service you received and they really want to hear from you first if you have any complain so that they will know how to tackle it immediately before it gets out of hand.
 
I don't know if this will work these days but in the past writing letters to newspaper editors, and if these letters got the way to print, you could easily make your complaint heard. Well, they still publish letters to editors in newspapers but I am not sure if the people actually read print newspapers.
