I think every country have government agencies that we can report to if the company that we are dealing with and not resolving our issues and once we have reported to this government agencies then they will be the one to bring the companies to order. In Nigeria my country we have the consumer protection agencies in which we can report to them if any product that we are purchasing is of substandard or we have any other issues that has to do with the product.
 
Leave the phone at home. Customer service lines are a maze that appears to be engineered to make you want to hang up. Going to a shop in person to talk with a management makes you more difficult to dismiss.
 
An example are the Banks, if your issues are not being rectified, you can further your complaints to the Central Bank, they will swiftly take up the issue and as well petition the bank in question for not attending promptly to your complaints.
This also happens in the health sector in a case when the hospital refuses to attend to your complaints, you can always report to the general health body who swiftly take action.

Some go straight to the social media, it then becomes widespread thereby forcing the body in question to swing into action regarding your complaints.
 
It is very important to know by now that most companies are also on most of the social media platforms around like Facebook and Twitter and the rest of them. You make your complain felt very loud and clear by those means too effectively

The social media frenzy, I doubt how effective it is. Many times it just makes matters worse. I believe some things are better done away from social media but then as you said if other means doesn't work one could opt in for it.
 
Some companies aside from having their social media platforms and pages, they also have their apps on play store and apple store too. Make your bad reviews there and they will sit up immidiately without delay
 
You could decide to boycott the place In totality,or you could send a letter or mail to the higher ups of the outlet or call them out on social media
 
If I could not get satisfaction from the service or product that I paid for from a company, I lodge complaints on their social media platforms. That way, I will get their attention on time.
 
I'll report to the management, but if after reporting the management doesn't do anything about it, I'll share in on there social media page or website
 
Calling them out on social media. Most companies have social media presence. I remember when I had an issue I tried reaching out no response then I tagged them on Facebook the reply was fast
 
One way I've seen and used as well is to call them out on social media, I assure you they'll attend to you very quick. 😂. It has worked a lot in my country as no company wants a bad name in public.
 
You are definitely right , when you are complaining over a certain issue in a company and your voice is not heard , you can definitely use the internet by posting and writing your feelings and tag the company.
 
I think is by using the suggestion box, when making use of the suggestion box try explain yourself in detail because when your complain will be deliberated you will not be there so is better to explain yourself in detail.
