Some will probably open again but not all of them. If companies go bankrupt as a result of COVID-19 it might be hard for them to gather enough funds to reopen again when everything is back to normal. However, I think alternatives will probably open up to fill in the gap if that's the case.

Don't worry because during this time casinos and sportsbook websites are going to make even more money, or at least they won't lose that much. There are plenty of sports available to bet on, from soccer to tennis table and esports.
Also, because you have to stay inside all day this means people are going to gamble more money due to being bored and having nothing else to do.

I am convinced that at the end of the pandemic, everything will return to normal, in many countries the process of reorganization will be slow. Perhaps one or another business will not be able to reopen, the rest, everything will be normal.

I am certain that most businesses will be back and some are already back now. Betting and gambling are activities that hardly yield any gains rather so much losses. So, I would suggest cutting them out or to the barest minimum.

most of the betting platforms are still functioning. Many of them are migrating fully into virtual football betting and other virtual Sports

Yes, it is possible and almost a fact that the vast majority of businesses such as casinos will resume face-to-face operations, we will enter a new normality ... We will resume our activities but biosafety regulations will be part of our day to day ... forever
