One app/program to handle all social media?

I used to use Hootsuite which allowed you to post to various social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and more. But I no longer use it as it's kinda limiting and Facebook as their own tools, and you can kinda use tweetdeck for the Twitter side. Anyway, do you know of any services like Hootsuite that lets you do all social media in one place?

I use Buffer it typically support major social media networks like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, allowing you to manage and schedule posts across various platforms from a centralized dashboard.

To the best of my knowledge, Hootsuite and Buffer have been the best so far when it comes to management of all your social media accounts at once even though there's a little difference in what you can do with them. Buffer is very helpful when it comes to scheduling.
