✔️ Resolved No Prefixes for Packages

@joelr @Debashis whether the merge of my database screwed this one up, but I went to edit a topic stating awaiting deduction but I couldn’t find the prefix anymore

You may need to use the batch update option once prefixes are installed again and updated completed services section to apply completed prefix in batch update option

Prefixes added to the Content Bundle section

When ordering, there should be only one option: New Order. For staff such as @Debashis , you should have access to all of the prefixes: New Order, Accepted, In Progress, Pending, Deduction, and Completed.

Please note that Pending can also be used for escalation, problems, or other investigation (aka something is wrong with the order for any reason)
