Night Owl or Early Bird

Do you like working late at night and sleeping all through the morning or going to bed early and waking up early in the morning? I am an early bird but sometimes I also stay up late at night especially when I have deadlines to meet

I am an early bird and don't like to work late nights and prefer to get up early and start working because I feel night is to rest and relax.

I'm definitely a night owl. I work 12 hour night shifts at my job. As a Police Officer, night shift is less traffic and the calls for service are better.

I find it difficult to work at night and the max I can stay up is till 11 pm and mostly I sleep around 10 pm or even before that.
