Did anyone get this new look in twitter?

One of my accounts got this.. But all others are having the same old look.

Ah I see- you were meaning the layout! The background is really cool. Have you done any twitter follower exchanges to gain follows? I think there is a site that you can find out who's not following you back.....

last week I outsourced on twitter for my @coolfact_fb, it did get me 1000k followers!

and do you remember that site you're talking about? I mean that would come handy!
