What are the benefits of having a site network page (where you basically list all the sites you own)? I've seen people do this but is it actually beneficial to you?

I guess in a case it can be beneficial in the sense that you are gaining exposure to each of the sites you own. Having links to all of the sites you own on one page can be easier to work on to gain traffic and good SEO rather than working on SEO and such separately for each website. Obviously you would still need to work on SEO to an extent for each website but having links on one page and promoting that could also help.
