If you are into the static type of the website and the blog. Then in that case there are plenty of hosting companies out there. Recently one new also came out named - JAMSTACK. This JAMSTACK type of the websites are basically the sites with the javascript and some static content. Netlify is one such website that offers the hosting of such type of the websites.

Honestly I feel hosting your websites for yourself, and using WordPress with Divi provides so much more for your buck and helps those who cant code and are in need of a website.

Well I haven't about this Netlify kind of website hosting service before but what I do normally use is free hosting service from WordPress for my website instead of paying other website to host my website.
